Project/Customer Service

 

The DynaSys consultants work on-site with customers to ease the implementation of each software from the n.SKEP suite. Every DynaSys consultant has a business- and a technical experience (APICS certification, Citrix, Microsoft, ...) as well as competences in business management and change management.

 

Project Methodology :

The objective of the project methodology created by DynaSys is to allow the implementation in the best conditions of a n.SKEP solution adapted to each customer's needs (organisation, process, users, ...) in order to beneficiate of a quick Return On Investment.

 

This methodology has also been studied to enable our customers teams to really take in hand the solution all along the project, not only regarding its use but also in the way so they can deploy the solution (Core-System based on process common to the organisation - "Common Framework") to other entities (division, countries, plants, ...) and make it evolve if necessary according to future needs.

 

For that purpose, along every step of the project, a progressive transfer of competencies is made between the DynaSys team and the one of our customers so it acquires the necessary independance to the optimal use and the possible evolution of the n.SKEP solution implemented.




Product Innovation

This department gathers any information relative to customers needs and new technologies, and evaluates the feasability of developping new products. This division works in close collaboration with the Customer-, the Marketing- and the R&D Services.

 

Research & Development

The R&D team is made up of highly skilled IT and Supply Chain Planning experts.

The R&D Department, based in Strasbourg (France), develops adapted solutions and regularly integrates new technologies to the n.SKEP solutions (Single Click Collaborative®). Every year, DynaSys invests almost 25% of its turnover in R&D, in order to maintain its technologic advance and to offer the market solutions always more flexible, effective and evolutional.

 

Customer Support

Aware of the evolution of uour customers needs and the n.SKEP solutions, DynaSys has a multilingual "hlepdesk" to assure the repairing by phone but also via remote assistance of your application.
